Historical survival adventure
Playable development preview
Western Trek
Build a caravan of settlers, equip your wagons, and begin a frontier journey where every day calls for decisions. Western Trek is an unfinished but playable survival prototype.

A caravan with people worth protecting
Choose from a seeded recruitment roster of adults and families with different occupations, abilities, and funds. Bringing a household means bringing the whole family. The people you choose affect your starting budget and the needs of the expedition.
Outfit an included wagon, decide whether to buy a second, add ox teams, and balance food, tools, medicine, and water against what your wagon can carry. The departure check requires an attached ox yoke before you take to the trail.
Travel, camp, and manage what you have
An illustrated Oregon Trail map lets you inspect landmarks, select waypoints, and watch your caravan move through changing daylight and weather. Choose your pace, take scheduled breaks, and camp to recover while the journey journal records what happens.
Food and water are consumed over time; fatigue, illness, draft-animal endurance, and wagon-part condition all require attention. Field repairs use spare parts, tools, and workers from your caravan, while merchants and small travel events offer more decisions. A complete researched route network, hunting encounters, and an end-of-journey victory are still in development.
